In fact, the Catalans want to extend Dembele’s deal as soon as possible and plan to offer him a new deal until 2026.
First of all, Barca are afraid to lose the winger after the World Cup if he performs at a good level. Ousmane has a release clause of just €50m and any interested top club would be able to afford it.
