Reports say that Barcelona are looking to either sell De Jong or get him to reduce his salary significantly. The player is said to be opposed to both scenarios.
That being said, Barca already have an agreement with Manchester United over the transfer of Frenkie. Chelsea are also interested in the midfielder and have reportedly contacted him already.
