If Barcelona gets Jules Kounde this week, they will become the European team with the highest expenditure in the transfer market this summer.
The Blaugrana have already spent about €103m in signing Raphinha and Robert Lewandowski.
However, their expenditure could rise to €163m if they spend another €60m to get Kounde.
The likes of PSG, Manchester City and Bayern Munich have not spent more than €120m.
Bayern for one have spent about €120m to sign the players such as Sadio Mane, Gravenberch and De Ligt.
Joan Laporta is sparing no cost to get players.
