Barcelona and Sevilla have reached an agreement in principle over the transfer of Jules Kounde, Diario Sport’s Ivan San Antonio reports.
The Catalans will pay €50m fixed plus €10m in variables for the centre-back. This is below the €65m Chelsea are offering. But as explained before, Barca will be paying a higher portion of it upfront.
Jules has rejected the offers from the Blues. He already has a personal agreement with Barca for a contract until 2026.
According to Gerard Romero (5 stars), Kounde could be announced as a new Barca player between Sunday and Monday.
